Welcome to Moto Tap, operated by MotoTap Autosystems (“Moto Tap”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms govern your use of the website and Android app. By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. About Moto Tap

Moto Tap is a marketplace that connects drivers with mechanics, garages, and parts dealers across Kenya. We provide the technology. We do not perform automotive work. Services are provided by the independent provider you choose.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract. Provider accounts may be reviewed before they become active.

3. Bookings, pricing and payments

Prices are set by providers. Agreements are between you and the provider. Payments are typically settled directly, including by M-Pesa. Loyalty points have no cash value.

4. Conduct

Use messaging lawfully. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or other users.

5. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account as described at Delete account.

6. Liability

The Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, MotoTap Autosystems is not liable for dealings between you and any provider.
