Delete your MotoTap account

No login is required to send a deletion request from this page.

You can permanently delete your MotoTap Autosystems account and the personal data we hold for that account. This cannot be undone.

Option 1 — Delete inside the app or website

1. Sign in to the MotoTap Android app or mototap.co.ke.
2. Open Profile (app) or the menu → Delete Account (website).
3. Enter your current password and confirm.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, send a request from the email address on your account. We will verify the request and delete the account.

What we delete

We remove or de-identify your profile, photos we store for the account, and access credentials. Some job or payment records may be kept for a limited time where required for fraud prevention or Kenyan law. See our Privacy Policy.
